Ceri John Phillips (born 6 December 1987 in Morriston, Swansea, South Wales) is a Welsh actor, writer and stand-up comic, best known for playing Ollie in BBC Three sitcom Coming of Age.

Phillips attended Ysgol Gyfun Gŵyr in Swansea. His first professional acting engagement was in the video for 2005 New Order single "Waiting for the Sirens' Call". He is one of the main cast of BBC Three sitcom Coming of Age appearing as Ollie in Series 1 (2008), Series 2 (2010) and Series 3 (2011). In March 2009,[1][2] he appeared alongside the cast of Grownups as Ollie in a Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps Comic Relief Special which crossed over the three shows.,[3]
He has also appeared in BBC drama Casualty,[4] Welsh language drama Y Pris and Welsh language comedy 2 Dy a Ni.
Phillips is part of comedy group "Le 122" alongside co-creater, Stefan Pejic.
Phillips is the grandson of eminent deceased Wittgensteinian philosopher Dewi Zephaniah Phillips.
